the after the end mod, specifically the fan fork version is the BEST mod for CK3 i've ever played, and it lets you do all of those things and more! crazy amounts of lore, huge amounts of work, a map with more provinces than the base game of CK3... it's hella impressive! i'd hugely recommend checking it out 😊
