DJI Mavic Air has the function of taking panoramic and spherical photos. This is amazing. DJI Mavic Air not only takes photo spheres, but can also save them in a format that Facebook recognizes as a 360 degree photo. The condition for the correct recording of the photo is the preservation of its 2: 1 ratio and this is DJI Mavic Air Potrafi. According to the previous movie, to make it work, it's enough to change only 2 settings in EXIF, regarding the brand of camera and model.

1. If you're gluing a photo sphere in ICE, ICE will save it in a 3: 1 ratio. The problem is the missing piece of sky over the drone.
2. After saving the file you need to change the aspect ratio to 2: 1 but you can not do it "crop" and by generating a piece of sky.
3. Use, for example, free GIMP software to earn extra credit and save a 2: 1 picture
4. Remember to change the make and model of the camera in the EXIF data.
If we use the function of saving all photos to a file in Mavic Air, we can also assemble the panorama ourselves. However, it should be remembered that the drone does not take pictures of what is above it, so we will get a photo with the missing part of the frame - the sky. In the case of a spherical panorama saved by Mavic Air, the top of the frame is generated automatically.
The solution is to assemble the panorama in ICE and, for example, to make sky in Gimpie. In this video, I will show you an example of how to submit a photo sphere and prepare it for publication on Facebook.
