This video presents my final year full-stack project, **NextGenCRM**, a complete Customer Relationship Management (CRM) web application built using React for the frontend, Node.js and Express for the backend, and MongoDB for database management. The project includes user authentication, customer and lead management, dashboard analytics, responsive UI, API integration, and full CRUD functionality.
It demonstrates how modern full-stack technologies can be used to build a real-world business solution for managing customers, leads, and sales workflows efficiently. This project showcases practical implementation of both frontend and backend development concepts.
