Bradley bought a 2 bedroom, 1 bath house on the lake with his mentor and thanks to the mentor’s vision and experience, turned it into a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with an entirely new floor plan.
He learned that adding value through forced appreciation was more than sweat equity. It included adding bedrooms and bathrooms, and changing the floor plan. By increasing the size of a home, you can reach a higher clientele.
