Upgrading My Bedroom Part 1
I filmed this video 6 months ago but I'm just posting it now so that I can give you a thorough review — because lets be honest, mattresses are not cheap!
TLDR: I highly recommend it.
I took a sleep quiz so that both my girlfriend and I can be comfortable and it has been a huge upgrade over our last mattress. We are back/side sleepers so we chose the Helix Dusk with the Luxe upgrade. If you are a hot sleeper like we are, get the GlacioTex cooling cover!
My sleep quality has definitely improved — as confirmed by my FitBit — and quality sleep improves quality of life in all other areas so imo it's definitely worth it to spend money on a high quality mattress.
