ePatch 2023, Presented MODY 99
1) Download the file https://www.mediafire.com/file/j0pxe9...
2) Execute the "ePatch 2023 v1.0.exe"
3) Select your eFootball folder as destination folder, e.g. "C:\Steam\steamapps\common\eFootball".
But the exact path depends where you've installed steam/eFootball
