‘ITIL Leader: Digital & IT Strategy (DITS)’ is an intermediate module in ITIL 4. As the name implies, it deals with digital and IT strategy: two fundamental elements of enabling value creation across a business. By studying ITIL 4 DITS, students can learn how to create, implement, and evaluate the success of digital and IT strategic initiatives.
