The start to the exotic weapon Leviathan‘s Breath, here is the way to the back of Banshee’s shoppe.
1. Talk to Banshee to begin the quest “Make Bows not War.”
2. Then make your way and interact here in the Tower Hangar.
3. Return to Banshee for more steps to complete out on the field.
4. Upon completing the new quests from Banshee (intro to safecracking) return here to take the new exotic bow.
