High Speed Cart Network in Minecraft

I wanted to show off the expansive minecart network I built on our survival server. The main lines run on high speed track so it travels very quickly. I believe the current network covers about 3,150 blocks at the very least. It utilizes a two way system that uses a mixture of high speed track and high speed booster track. It has taken at least 6,300 tracks to build out. The aboveground portion of the track rests on a stone block platform that is 6 blocks across. This likely totals to somewhere around 15,000 blocks of stone.

The stations use cart deployers on both sides. The arrivals cart deployer has a detector track in front of it. When a cart rolls onto, the redstone signal causes the minecart to be sucked into the cart deployer and ejects the player. A provider logistics pipe is connected to the arrivals cart deployer. The departures deployer has a supplier logistics pipe connected to it that keeps minecarts stocked up. These minecarts are supplied from the carts that are picked up on the arrivals side.

When a player steps onto the obsidian pressure plate on the departures side, the cart deployer creates a minecart. It is deployed onto a boarding track that rests on top of a player detector block from Railcraft. Once the player enters the cart, the player detector block causes the cart to be pushed onto the normal booster tracks.

There are numerous unpowered high speed booster tracks before the turns and before the stations. These slow down the carts so that they don't explode when they make a turn or stop.

I hope this description helps if you're wanting to build something similar!
