1. download GCC 9.2 compiler

2. extract the file and save the extracted MinGw folder in C drive
3. Copy the bin folder path from MinGw file
4. Control Panel - System - Advanced System Setting - Environment Variable - Edit path from System variable - new - paste the path
5. run gcc -v in cmd to check gcc in stalled or not ?
6. download sublime text editor 3

install it & OPEN it

7. Tool - build system - new build system
paste this code in that window and save it as C++17.sublime-build
8. set up sublime text editor for c++17
