Afraid to drive
If you're this afraid to be on the interstate you don't need to be in the left lane, period. The flashing signs are 40mph for trucks, and the speed limit through the tunnel is 55mph. This person slowed to 25mph through the entire tunnel to the point the loaded semi was accelerating faster. On a busy day this would have caused a wreck since cars take that corner at 50-60mph frequently...
Then on clearing the tunnel doing 40mph they start riding between two lanes. I don't know what their issue was...
