MMV tutorial- How to get soft graphics for Sony Vegas Pro

Otherwise known as the "iMuffinx3" effect, attributed to one of the first people to make mmvs with soft graphics.
I have not seen anyone make such a tutorial, nor have I seen anyone with Sony Vegas Pro make graphics close to Ulead.
So now, I'm going to teach my fellow Vegas users how to get that soft effect on Ulead for your characters that you previously could not achieve with Sony Vegas Pro up until now!!!
