Go to The Crew Beta folder , go to folder Support/Software
Run as Administrator 2 files : vcredist_x64.exe, and vcredist_x86.exe , Repair it .
or install The latest supported Visual C++

If you using Avast or Norton Antivirus, make folder The Crew Beta in exclude folder .
