From ordinary paper napkins I twisted a pigtail.
I cut each napkin in half, soaked it with water and twisted it. Without waiting for complete drying, she began to glue in the shape of a future basket.
It is convenient to work with it if it is not very wet and not completely dry.
I applied paint mixed with water and paper glue on top.
So that the paper is well saturated and after drying it becomes hard.
An additional layer was applied acrylic varnish.
