As much as I really like the customer service with this company, this version of the software absolutely sucks. My experience has been awful nothing but a Time waster I have yet to complete and upload a single video since I've had this updated version.The content I have put on YouTube has all been on their Video Suite 18 I'm thankful I still have it on my computer.I'd like to know if anybody else is having an issue with this updated version or is it just me.
