🔹 Common Print Quality Problems & Fixes
1. Light / Faded Print
Toner may be low → Check toner cartridge and replace if needed.
Print density setting is too low → Go to printer menu and increase “Print Density / Darkness.”
2. Black Lines / Spots
Drum or developer unit might be dirty → Needs cleaning.
Toner cartridge not seated properly → Remove and reinstall.
3. Blurred / Smudged Prints
Fuser unit may not be heating correctly → Requires service.
Wrong type of paper → Use recommended paper (correct GSM).
4. Gray Background (whole page looks grayish)
Toner is overused or faulty → Replace with genuine Kyocera toner.
Developer unit may need servicing.
5. Low Sharpness / Resolution Issues
In printer settings, set Print Quality → High.
While printing from PC → Properties → Quality → Choose High DPI (600dpi or 1200dpi).
