For Your Own Good | Transgender Short Film | AI Hybrid
For Your Own Good is a film I made about a young trans woman and her memories of one of the struggles of a family that doesn't understand how she feels. This is my third film project and second LGBTQ+ themed one. The scenes are AI generated but the story, character, and directing were all written entirely by me. Many hours went into making the film what I envisioned.
The purpose of this film was to tell a story about how forced conformity can be traumatizing to young trans people, but also how good intentions don't always have the effect we want them to.
