DELICIOUS FALL FAVORITE - CARNIVORE STYLE!
Enjoy this quick and easy treat with a few variations demonstrated
RECIPE:
Blend together the following using either an immersion blender / blender / frother:
10 oz very Hot Water
1 T softened Butter
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Pinch of Salt
1/8 tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
Then ADD:
1 raw egg yolk while actively blending so it will not begin to cook
(Even with boiling hot water, the yolk will not separate or start to cook as long as you blend it as you add it to the liquid mixture)
At this point you can add whatever options you like - EXPERIMENT to find your favorite
OPTIONAL ADD-INs for Coffee & Protein versions:
Shot of Nespresso or brewed coffee if you drink coffee and prefer more of a true “Latte” (can also add in a tsp of decaf instant coffee crystals to add the flavor without the caffeine!)
EQUIP Protein -
1 Tbsp of either unflavored Grass-fed Beef Protein powder
OR
1 Tbsp of the vanilla Grass-fed Beef Protein powder if you tolerate Stevia (this small amount in this recipe will give it just a very small hint of sweet)

16g Protein
7g Fat
