New York's City's chief medical examiner Julia Martin is charged with tampering evidence on the case that made her career. DNA evidence (through hair) proved that John Malfred was Bathroom Stall Butcher and the man was convicted on this evidence. This is the Bathroom Stall Butcher catching one of his victims, Emily Baker. John Malfred's lawyer bribed someone to switch the hairs to frame Julia. The lawyer also was trying to secretly get his brother out of prison.
