00:20 Step 1. Download Icecream Video Editor from our official website and launch the program. Click the yellow Add files button and pick the file you want to edit. Right click the video and select the Add to timeline option to add file to the timeline.
00:43 Step 2. Click the «General» button to open the general settings of the video. Right click and hold the blue marker under the «Speed» setting to speed up video or slow it down. Move the marker to the left and apply one of the 3 available speed options to slow down video. Preview the video if needed. Move the blue marker to the right and apply one of the 5 available options to speed up video. Preview the video to see the changes. Click the «Done» button.
01:26 Step 3. Click the "Export video" button to save the new video with the changed speed.
