How to setup and login to cPanel email
In this tutorial we'll be learning how to access your email with cPanel.
So for that you need to Login to your cPanel. Once you enter your credentials you can Login.
Now we're redirected to your cPanel dashboard. So here (see timecode: 0:45) in the section email, you need to manage your email account so select option email account.
So now here (see timecode: 0:56 ) this are the several settings that you need to keep in account of, because this email account will be associated with your domain and that will help configure your mail client interface. So you can enter your email. This is the domain. Now set the password.
This is the strength of your manually added password and this is password generator. If you click this you have a system generated password. If you want to use this you can directly press “use password” either case you can use “advanced options”, there you can set the strength of this password.
So you can set it into like lowercase, uppercase, numbers, symbols. Wherever you feel comfortable learning the password, so if you wan to use a manual password you can simply press cancel, and this password will be used. Now the major thing to keep into account is Mailbox Quota.
By default this is 250 MB. You can change this to like 225, or 255, or 330, well whatever you feel
you want to alot an email account to Mailbox Quota.
We think that you can keep it to our limit, but we believe that for a email account, 255 or 250 MB is quite sufficient.
So now press “Create account” and a account by the name “[email protected]” is created.
So you can check, “[email protected]” has been created.
This is the Quota that we just allotted. If you want to change the password you can change it

You can configure your mail client as well. So now one more thing that's to be keep in account which is access webmail. If you press this you see you have a webmail login.
This will directly take you to your mail account. So for that you need to firstly configure your options of mail account, there are 3 options by default. One is “horde”, “roundcube” and “SquirrelMail”
For example we choose “horde”.
Now you've enter your mail account, so here you have the option to create a new message if you click this. You can simply create a mail and send, similarly if you click on inbox.
You have all your emails here (see timecode: 3:29 ), so presently there are no mail in the mailbox.
So this displace in a similar manner.
