Creating a Project Management System with Notion

In this video, I show you how you can turn Notion into a Project Management Software. The great thing about Notion is that you can make things as simple or as complicated as you want it to be. There are a number of Project Management Software out there, such as Jira, Basecamp, Asana, etc., but Notion gives you all the building blocks to customize things to your own needs. The downside to this approach is that you have to build everything from scratch. The upside is that you get something that is specific to your needs and can easily be expanded as you go along.
