The Moon is eclipsing more than just our Sun this month! On April 7, the Moon will eclipse Venus (also known as an occultation), which won’t happen again until 2025 in Europe. On April 21, early risers are in for a treat — there will be a large morning alignment of Venus, Mercury, Neptune, Mars, and Saturn!
Can anyone guess one time this month when we will see the Moon in its full phase during the daytime? Hint: Most of us will be looking right at it for at least a few minutes in the US…. Let us know your answer in the comments! April’s second full Moon, also known as the Pink Moon, will occur in the early evening of April 23.
