Skyrim Unmodded Anniversary Edition ?
Given the Anniversary edition comes with a lot of mods approved by Bethesda. It is kind of an officially modded game without the downside of normal mods.
Playing through some of the quest lines to get my level up so i can finish off the last 3 achievements has been my goal this month. Crafting something in Stalhrim, collecting all daedric artifacts, killing a legendary dragon... things like that.
