NonCollege Pathways - IT Certification - CISCO's CCNA Certification

If your job isn’t paying at least $80K a year, listen up.

Some of the best parts:
✅ You don’t need to go to college.
✅ It’s quick — you can finish in just 3 to 4 months, putting in 3 to 5 hours per week of study time.
✅ It’s fully online — all you need is a computer with internet.
✅ You can study and complete modules at any time — it’s fully self-paced.
✅ It leads to amazing careers in TECHNOLOGY.

It’s called the CCNA Certification — that stands for Cisco Certified Network Associate.

It comes from Cisco, the largest networking hardware company in the world — their systems power companies, hospitals, schools, and governments everywhere.

When you have a Cisco certification, employers know you’re serious.

🌎 Who can do this?
✅ Adults can do this — whether you went to college or not.
✅ It doesn’t matter how old you are.
✅ It doesn’t matter where you’re from — whether you’re rich or poor, an immigrant, a resident, or a citizen — this means YOU.
✅ High school students can do this as a side gig, so they don’t have to mop floors like I did putting myself through college.
✅ Even current college students can use this to build a much better-paying side hustle while still in school.

🕒 Time commitment
✅ Just 3 to 5 hours a week to finish in about 4 months (120 days).

💰 Costs (good news!)
✅ Study modules, labs, and practice tests through Cisco Net Academy — FREE
✅ Official CCNA Certification (Cisco Certified Network Associate) exam fee— $300

And if you can’t afford the $300 right now, and live in Sacramento County, we have good news — we’ve partnered with EdTechQuity, a Sacramento-based nonprofit, to raise funds specifically to help low-income learners in Sacramento with scholarships to cover this exam fee.

👉 EdTechQuity is serious about eliminating obstacles for low-income learners.

If you’d like to help support this effort — or bring it to your county — check out the link in the description.
