UniFi AI Speaker: Unboxing, Setup, Talkback & Alarm Manager Walkthrough
Ubiquiti has announced the UniFi AI Speaker — the indoor follow-up to the AI Horn — and it brings some genuinely useful functionality to UniFi Protect setups.
In this video, I unbox the AI Speaker, walk through the physical install (flush or wall-bracket mounted, 85mm cutout, PoE++ powered), and show you how to adopt it inside UniFi Protect. I then demo the talkback feature, alarm manager integration with real triggers (door contact, air quality sensor), and the doorbell chime functionality.
