Getting rich as a landlord in The Sims 4
Welcome to the brand-new series: Rent Out Too Expensive.
In this series, sisters Bershka and Zara Goetceaup follow in the footsteps of their mother, Sjanel Goetceaup (Poor to Horsefarm Challenge). Just like Sjanel, Bershka and Zara start with 0 simoleons and have only one goal: to get filthy rich.
That’s not all, because as the name suggests, the Sims 4 Rent Out expansion pack is central to this challenge. Bershka wants to become the biggest landlord ever (eat that, a certain prince) and rent out an empire of lots.
Her little sister Zara? She mainly wants to enjoy the wealth. The fact that her sister Bershka works herself to the bone while she bakes and sells a cupcake here and there... That doesn't bother her much. Pff, those youngest brothers/sisters, always...
