To modify proxy server settings in Windows 10 :
Type Proxy on the start menu search and click on Change Proxy settings.
Under Automatic Proxy setup, move the Automatically detect settings bar to ON if you wish to use automatic settings.
Under Manual Proxy settings, Move the Use a proxy server bar to ON if you prefer typing your server address and port .
