Vmax 1200 Qualifier Burnoff 2016
Took this poor tire beyond end-of-life. Had a proper send-off in the farm yard on the only outdoor concrete pad available. The tread nearly popped - is as thin as a shirt collar now... Second gear at 8000 rpm is about 75 mph (120 km/h) - the rubber was flying!
Now that I have a set of Michelin Commander II tires on it, I have to wait another 2 years to do this. The Michelins are great, BTW. 170/80-15 rear instead of the stock 150/90-15.
