Jamaica News, Trelawny - Wednesday, July 22 was the court date for the four females charged for the murder of 36-year-old Tamara Geddes, who was #shot and killed by a contract killer right inna the presence of har 10-year-old pickney while they were home in# ReserveDistrict #Trelawny on June 19,
Now all four females were remanded until Friday, September 4, 2020.
The accused are, 39-year-old Nadeen Geddes, she is Tamara Geddes sister, unbelievable! Nadeen 2 daughters, one is 21-year-old Shanice Ruddock, the other is a teenager, and the latest to be a part of that plot is 33-year-old #TashanaYoung from St James.
Nadeen and her daughter Ruddock are represented by attorney-at-law Ernie Smith; Young is represented by Charles Sinclair Jr, while the juvenile is being represented by Marissa Dalrymple Philibert.
When the matter was called up, it was revealed that the case file was not yet completed.
“Nothing happened today. We made no bail applications, the file is incomplete,” Smith told reporters outside the courthouse.
And as I mentioned courthouse, bystanders who crammed along the roadway outside the #courthouse expressed shock and disbelief that family members would carry out such “a cold-hearted plot to the murder their own”. Repeated abusive language were hurled at the four accused in connection with the alleged contract killing of Tamara Geddes, as they were escorted by the police from the Trelawny Parish Court, where they were remanded in custody.
All four have been charged with murder and #conspiracy to murder.
Nadeen Geddes and her two #daughters were charged after thorough investigations led to their arrests, beginning on Tuesday, July 14.
Meanwhile, Young and a male suspect were later knabbed by the #police and taken into #custody on July 15, and she reportedly gave a caution #statement on July 16.
The male suspect is still not yet charged.
