TEMPERATURE DROP AND FLOOD ARE COMING!
The temperatures, which have been prevalent across the region for the past week, are expected to continue for another two days. High temperatures and our seas, currently at 33 degrees, continue to increase the danger. However, this trend will break, bringing heavy rainfall. The end of the relatively high temperatures across all regions is July 25th.
From that date onward, the trophic air movement originating from the Balkans—the air movement resulting from the cooler upper altitudes than the lower ones—or circulation—will enter the Aegean and Marmara regions and spread throughout the country. This eastward mechanism will not only invigorate the air but also slightly lower temperatures.
