Do not MASTER at -14 LUFS (Mixing and Mastering)

Spotify, Youtube and other services normalize (increase or decrease volume) your music to make transitions smooth and deliver a good user experience. Their normalization target is somewhere around -14 LUFS integrated. I thought I'd find music at -14LUFS in the global top 100 on Spotify when deactivating normalization but not at all. Most (pop) artists deliver music at -6 or -7 LUFS. Check my demonstration.
