After taking both Tedder’s and Puth’s course and taking rigorous notes, I noticed that many times they use the same methods and tactics for writing hit songs.
In this video, I wanted to share how to write the best lyrics, compose the best melodies, and how to create great songs.
About my own experience:
In 2020 and 2021 I took Ryan Tedder’s monthly course not once. Not twice. But THREE times. Each time I learned something new and since then, I have transitioned from a wannabe songwriter to a full time music producer, vocalist and most importantly, songwriter.
In 2023, I bit the bullet and purchased Charlie Puth’s Studio course (the $79 smaller shorter version), where he shares his process to write a pop song.
