Label Makers & tapes
Label makers are small handheld/desktop devices that can print off a large number of labels in a short space of time.
They can be used for printing address labels, filing labels and continuous feed labels.
They're lightweight and easily portable and often have a number of language options-great for international mailings.
Dymo are the best known producers of label writers and we feel their products probably have the most diverse range of uses.
With all label makers, you can attach them to your PC using USB cables and then on the PC use MSWord or the plug-ins from a range of other programs.
Some of our label makers also have their own keyboard so you can type labels easily as you go along.
Label makers are mainly used for applying readable messages to surfaces wherever and whenever you need to.
Now, you also need to think about tape for your label maker.
There are different tapes such as the Dymo Rhino range, which is for heavy duty use on industrial items and the Dymo Letratag range- bright and colourful for both the home and the office.
Dymo tapes are specifically designed for Dymo label makers, other manufacturers such as Brother also make tapes especially for their machines, so we recommend you always check that you're getting the right tape, otherwise you might be disappointed.
