This is Baldur's Gate 3 - Chocolate Edition, a new and very large mod for the game that aims to rebalance a significant portion of the game's build system. There are changes to initiative, classes, subclasses, feats, spells, and more. There are even new feats and new classes! I have had an absolute blast playing through the game with this mod active, and I hope you enjoy it.
