But by far the best way to get a job or an internship…especially for an engineering role is to reach out to recruiters, engineers, or hiring managers on LinkedIn. However, the process of reaching out to recruiters is a little different than reaching out to engineers, so I’ll share a step-by-step breakdown of how to contact each.
