Ellipses - graphing and writing equations
What's an ellipse? How is it defined? How do I find the center, vertices / co-vertices (plural of vertex), and or foci (plural of focus) using the equation for an ellipse.
There are essentially two kinds of questions:
3. Given an equation, graph and/or find certain characteristics (center, vertices, and foci).
4. Given certain characteristics (center, vertices, and foci), write the equation of the ellipse.
