Artifact Ascension: Your best gear might become useless. Storage, Silver and Resource Issues!

Yes this system is only a improvement, but if you are a normal human and want your account to become stronger, you wanna use this system to the best potential. And that will cause issues whatever happens.
Storage system will be a mess, since you dont wanna reroll a supports gear. Or you are unlucky, so that a much worse piece of gear will be your best option.
You need to have best in slot Ascention stats, or you are gonna get out stat'ed in arena.
Imagine a +4 Duchess with 60% Increased HP, and 4k Flat HP, and Reaction pieces. She is never gonna die.
100k HP and 5000 Defence in 6 piece Defiant Gear...
