DCC Translation Pipeline is a pipeline TD and workflow engineering project focused on scene validation, asset translation, and automated publishing between modern DCC and real-time production environments. Built with Maya, OpenUSD, Unreal Engine, PySide6, and Python. The system implements a modular SceneGraph architecture, YAML-driven validation profiles, USD stage construction, metadata serialization, translation logging backends, and automated pipeline tooling for scalable asset workflows.
The project also includes a custom Maya drag-and-drop installer, dynamic validation UI, configurable publishing workflows, backend registry support with SQLite and MongoDB, and automated cross-environment testing using Nox and Maya standalone Python (mayapy).
