In this video, the discussion is on the Brown Sequard Syndrome. Brown Sequard syndrome is due to hemisection of the spinal cord. There is ipsilateral loss of the dorsal column pathway, the spinothalamic tract's contralateral loss, and the corticospinal tract's ipsilateral loss. There is loss of pain and temperature on the contralateral side and ipsilateral loss of fine touch, pressure, vibration, proprioception, and spastic paralysis.
