Dev Log 0 - Resizing and Shader Hot Reloading

This is the start of a series of dev logs to show the progress of TheAtlasEngine, including the various features currently in progress on the project.

Special thanks to the team member on my team who helped make shader hot reloading and swapchain resizing functional.

We use the Vulkan API to implement the renderer. They got error when shader compilation fails, assisted me in getting swapchain resizing working.
