After the summer holidays we had to leave Perseus moored in Pescara because we had to return for work.
In mid-November we went back to get it.
We left early in the morning, without wind but with a beautiful sun that warmed the pungent air a little. The sea was a table and the day passed quietly.
After a night of guard duty, at first light I found myself in the mist surrounded by hundreds of debris and uprooted trees brought by bad weather. With the autopilot off, we had to steer all day by hand!
At the height of Ancona, to the debris, mega ships have been added still at anchor waiting for the fog to clear.
Only towards evening the fog has risen and at 20 we have moored Perseus in Porto Garibaldi!
