This is a new, extremely advanced feature for those who want to work with CSV files created by the ABC Tags to CSV file utility and are interested in processing the tune collection data using a spreadsheet or other software and want to bring the processed tune collection back into the ABC Transcription Tools.
You may now import CSV files exported either from the tool itself using the
More Tools / Export All / Export all Share URLs as CSV
feature or from the
ABC Tags to CSV Extractor tool available at
https://michaeleskin.com/tools/abc2cs...
and then edited with external tools like a spreadsheet.
This is primarily for those of you doing working with CSV files of large collections of tunes generated by the ABC Tags to CSV Extractor and want to do data analysis, sorting, or filtering of the tune collection data and then bring the tune collection back into the ABC Transcription Tools for PDF tunebook or tunebook website export.
The CSV import feature is available on desktop browsers in both the standard and "Quick Editor" versions of the tool.
The "Quick Editor" may be the better choice to use if working with many thousands of tunes.
I've tested this in the "Quick Editor" with a CSV collection of over 20,000 tunes and it's extremely fast.
The "Quick Editor" version which only draws one tune at a time is available at:

After importing the CSV data into a spreadsheet or other tool, when exporting back to CSV, you need to make sure the first line CSV table names header is included the in the exported CSV.
This feature is in version
2335_022325_1730
or later of the ABC Transcription Tools.
The version number is displayed at the bottom left of the “Settings” dialog.
If your version starts with a number less than 2335, click the version number to do a manual update of the tool.
