Give devastating zero-star feedback to the store
In this video, you will learn how to resolve the problem of leaving zero star feedback in owasp juice shop for that you have to first go to customer feedback.
You will see the Submit button is still disabled because you did not select a Rating yet.
Inspect the Submit button with your DevTools and note the disabled attribute of the button HTML tag
Double click on the disabled attribute to select it and then delete it from the tag.
The Submit button is now enabled.
Click the Submit button to solve the challenge.
You can verify the feedback was saved by checking the Customer Feedback widget on the About Us page.
