Apollo Comms Part 33: Is there something wrong with our NASA Up Data Link transmitter?

In the last episode, we managed to send Up Data commands using a PSK transmitter made up of HP equipment. But we were unsuccessful when using our original NASA UDL transmitter. Is there still something wrong with it?
