my desktop PC is a Linux Lite 4.6 64bit desktop.
For Linux, Emoji Picker or emoji selector, this one is called Gnome Character Map,
i found this on a old article,

i did not try any of it in the Linux terminal,
but i read through it any ways and came across these 2 words called
"Gnome Characters" , please bare with me and watch the(my) whole video , then if you want too , comment down below, ha ha . its not perfect, but it works,
did not know there was something so simple in the
synaptic package manager (install/remove software) .
