This is easy on my back.
Well, first off, this product has one stich around the sides, so I can't clean and jerk it. I did perform forty ab curls on it on my first try. Which was better than ten ab curls. Almost all of the sweat made its way onto the mat. I think that after wiping it down with some water, that storing it in a z-configuration that it will dry better. It's just that for $42, it's a nice exercise mat. This exercise mat feels comfortable on my back. It is also small enough to store in my room fairly easily behind my television set. I think it was enough exercise.
