How to Domain Lock a Web Page (HTML, JavaScript & CSS)
Today, I'll show you how to secure your web pages using Web Code Protector's advanced domain locking feature.
First, open your browser and navigate to https://www.webcodeprotector.com. This is where your journey to secure web content begins.
Once on the website, click on the 'Protect Your Code Now' button to launch the powerful Web Code Protector tool.
In the main interface, you'll find the code input area. Here, you can paste your complete HTML code, including all JavaScript and CSS. For this demonstration, we'll use the built-in sample code to showcase the protection process.
Now, navigate to the 'Advanced' tab in the protection settings panel. This is where you'll find the sophisticated security features, including Domain Lock.
Enable the Domain Lock feature. This powerful option restricts your protected content to work only on specified domains, preventing unauthorized redistribution.
In the 'Allowed Domain' field, enter the domain where you want your content to function. For example, we're setting this to 'www.webcodeprotector.com'. This ensures the protected code will only work on this specific domain.
In the 'Redirect URL' field, specify where users should be redirected if they try to access the content from an unauthorized domain. We're setting this to 'www.example.com' for demonstration purposes.
With all settings configured, click the 'Generate Protected Code' button. The system will now encrypt and protect your original code with multiple security layers.
Within moments, you'll see the protected code output. Your original source code is now completely secure – encrypted and hidden from view, preventing exposure, modification, or tampering.
This protected output has a crucial restriction: it will only function on the allowed domain we specified. The domain locking mechanism is now embedded in the protected code.
You can click the 'Copy' button to copy the protected code directly to your clipboard, ready to be published on 'www.webcodeprotector.com', where it's authorized to work.
Alternatively, use the 'Download' button to save the protected HTML file. Now, here's the security in action: if you try to use this downloaded file from any other location or domain...
...the protected content will not work. Instead, it will automatically redirect users to the URL we specified – in this case, 'www.example.com'. This ensures your protected content remains exclusively on your authorized domain.
