I don't cover roses.
🌹cut dry inflorescences, diseased shoots, flowers. I treat a cut of 5-8 mm with varnish-balm. You can shorten the length of the shoots of tea-hybrid roses, English roses by 1/3-1/2, but in the spring I do sanitary and formative pruning.
