These notifications can be generated by Windows or an app that you have installed to notify you of any issues with your computer. Although these notifications can sometimes be mistakenly referred to as pop-ups they are not likely to cause any harm. These notifications are normal Windows notifications.
Follow the instructions for how to disable windows notification
Click on the Start button.
After that, Click on the Settings icon button on the left side of the Start Menu,
After that, select the System option.
Select the Notification and check the Get notifications from these senders by scrolling your screen.
After that, you will see a toggle slider option in front of the AutoPlay. Click on the Slider to Off to stop the notifications.
